Cả nhà đều dậy trể. Trở hai đứa đi học Kumon. Người phụ trách kumon ông Isaac Azerad hỏi hai đứa có muốn học lẹ hơn hay không. Không đứa nào trả lời cả. Phải kêu hai đứa phải học lẹ hơn, như thế tốt hơn cho hai đứa con.
Trưa đến đi ăn ở Bún Việt. Bún Măng Vịt. Bún Mắm. Bún Bò Quế. Bún Thịt Gà Nước, chả giò. Cũng khá ngon. Sau đó ghé marché oriental mua tí đồ. Về nhà.
Dọn dẹp nhà cửa. Hai đứa được nghĩ nên chơi máy tính. Coi Vân Sơn 43 ở Atlanta. Lần đầu tiên Vân Anh chịu bỏ bớt đồ đi. Thấy chổ nầy trong nhà, gọn hơn.
Chơi games, kỳ này đoán sai How to train your dragon, bộ phim không thành công như dự đoán của mình.

Thay bánh xe Sienna
Hôm nay lại chủ nhật rồi. Hai đứa con còn ngũ. VA đi làm sớm. Thức vậy, đi thay bánh xe Sienna. Cũng hơi mệt tí xíu. Sửa bài kumon cho hai đứa. Nấu cơm. Đi chợ Costco mua thêm wonton, đứa nào cũng thích ăn. Giặt quần áo. VA coi lộn đồng hồ. Đi ngũ trễ. Đi làm về, than mệt quá.

Ngày thứ 7
Có nhiều việc phải làm ngày hôm nay. Đưa hai đứa con đi Kumon. Chuẩn bị đồ ăn trưa. Đưa bébé đi lại nhà Rosalie hôm nay để học oral francais. Đi chợ, mua đồ cho má (má dặn phải mua vaseline thêm cho má). Làm việc nhà. Playing game: box office call. Successfully call for Diary of wimpy kid: beat most of the analysts (calling over 20M OW, they are calling for sub-15M OW). Bébé trở về từ nhà Rosalie. Bébé than mệt quá, phải editing oral với Rosalie. Làm xong, phải xóa, lại làm, lại xóa. Bài làm gần xong.

Spring outing - March 2010
That's what a good day . Anh Tiến offered to pay for our group for this outing. We enjoyed the food at Casa Tapas restaurant. And then we walked on Saint Denis street ̣(without kids) to enjoy our life break without kids for a while. And then we entered to a coffee house. I took a cappuccino offered by the generiosity of Chau.

Heart Attack
Last monday night, I did have a heart attack: acute myocardial infarction. So I was in hospital until Friday morning. So today I'm back home. But the doctor is only allow me to go back working on january 6th 2010.
At time of heart attack my cholesterol level is still ok: 4.75 ... but it's happenning , the cardiologist thought that I may inherit from my father.
Chronologies:
in PM evening
10:40: heart attack , call ambulance
10:50: firefighter arrived
10.55: ambulance arrived
11:10: arrived to LakeShore hospital (my blood pressure was too low, the nurse couldn't take my blood, the nurse tried to get it everywhere in my both arms)
11:17: they deciced to send me to Royal Victoria hospital (because they didn't have equipment to perform operation)
11:50: arrived at Royal hospital (the operation team was ready )
12:05: started to search for the infarction that block the blood circulation
12:10: they found the problem (my main artery was block 90% (one secondary was block 100%).
12:15: they implemented Stent in my main artery to allow blood passage
12:20: the operation team declared : operation was successful.
12:25: the ambulance brought me back to LakeShore Hospital.
What's a experience ? life is full of surprise. At least, I'm still alive .. and most of nurses, the ambulance personels , they said i was lucky (I was really appreciated their works, they were very responsible, and the operation team at Royal Victoria, they were ready to help at a very critical time)
