Chóng mặt

Hôm nay sáng dậy đầu quay quay, rất chóng mặt. Nhờ VA cạo gió. Buổi chiều đi bác sĩ ở physimed. Chờ khoảng 10 phút đã gặp bác sĩ. Isabelle Latreille-05448. Cô bác sĩ nói thuốc Lopressor làm mình bị chóng mặt. Nên bớt thuốc lopressor từ 100mg xuống còn 50mg. Và nên gặp lại bác sĩ cardiologue sớm hơn dự định.

Coi OSM

Hôm nay mọi người rủ nhau đi coi OSM. Quá đông người, phải đi kiếm nhau không phải dể. Sao đó, gia đình mình và gia đình anh Tiến đi ăn kem ở Roberto.

A long vacations

It was fun. A long vacations, we loved it.

We did visit: Grand Cayman, St Thomas, San Juan and Half Caymoon.

We love: snorkerlling in Grand Cayman, st thomas megan's bay, San Juan old port, and Half Moon Cay (best beach that we ever visit)

We stay a week in Lauderdale by the sea: the house was nice (with private swimming pool), the beach was nice. We did visit the Tropical farm with all you can eat (Lychee, Sa bu che, Ma^.n, o^?i, cho^m cho^m, xoa`i, mi't, but longan is not there yet, it will be ready in 3 weeks , so by the end of july). We went to the beach at night around 12am to see Sea Turtle to lay her eggs , it's quite big the Sea Turtle : around (1.3m by 1m, and around 100 years old as the beach worker told me), unfortunely we coudln't have time to stay one more day to see the kids turtle to go out to the sea (usually it will take two-month incubation, the young turtles hatch and run to the sea). We did make a trip to Keys Largo. We did also a trip to Everglade national park with airboat (it's quite an interessting experience on this airboat).

Cruise

Just up this morning, it was tired yesterday. One hour at the border than then the fight was delayed for about 2 hours 30.

But it was our surprise of seeing Nghi and Tram in plattsburg airport and in clearwater and then they will drive to see anh Thuy and Thao in orlando, and then they will meet Thang anh Thu van in west palm beach (they took the flight from plattsburg last week). Looks like the montreal folks are here in florida. but we will go to the beach today and will be in miami tonight.

Hopefully you will enjoy the movie tomorrow, but I will enjoy the beach today (I still hope that our ladies will not change their plan to the shopping mall)

Bửa tiệc coi nhạc Như Loan

Vân Anh đi làm về 6:30 PM. Sau khi thay đồ trang điểm xong, mình đến Tong Por khoảng 8PM. Tiệc vẩn chưa bắt đầu. Khoảng 8:15 PM, tiệc bắt đầu. Đồ ăn cũng được. Bửa tiệc mục đích gây quỷ để giúp em Nguyễn văn Thường để sửa mặt bị bỏng nặng. Đổ Minh Hiếu đại diện ban tổ chức cám ơn mọi người đến dự buổi tiệc. Có một số ca sĩ cho buổi tiệc: Như Loan, Mai Thiên Vân, Phạm Khải Tuấn và một số ca sĩ khác. Theo tôi nghĩ buổi tiệc gây quỷ thành công mỹ mãn. Một số đồ đấu giá được: 10 DVD/CDs, Lịch Mai Thiên Vân (500$), CD/DVD + Lịch Như Loan (400$) etc ...


Mình về đến nhà 1:15AM, Vân Anh phải đi ngũ để ngày mai đi làm sớm.

Đau lưng

Hôm nay sáng dậy cảm thấy đau lưng ̣hơi hơi, ngâm ngẫm đau ở trước ngực.
